French Omelet
What is a French Omelet?
The French style omelet, known for its smooth surface and pale exterior, is very famous across Europe. Unlike the conventional American omelet, which is cooked through, it has a creamy, moist texture which renders it unique and a good fit for quick preparation on a Cinder Grill. Which style do you prefer ?
Start the day extra special with a French omelet while adding your favorite French fromage.
